Increasing numbers of our Accredited E-Scale community are doing great work, not only in one-on-one coaching, but also in a variety of team development interventions. As a result we are often asked how the E-Scale can best be used in the team context. Although we are in the process of designing a “team report” which you’ll be able to make use of in the future, we felt it appropriate to offer a facilitated process whereby some best practice can be developed.

In this context, we’re offering a one-day Workshop to Accredited E-Scale Users at which you can explore the practicalities of using current E-Scale reports in a team context. The day will be centred on case studies, enabling you to learn and collaborate with others in the E-Scale community. Additional details are as follows:

The Workshop process:

A Workshop format rather than a formal “training course” enabling participants to share wisdom, ideas and creative thinking.

You’ll be working in small groups on a series of actual case studies using E-Scale reports from anonymous team members.

You’ll work through a process to make sense of team dynamics including likely areas of strength and potential ”blind-spots” in teams.

You’ll also be identifying possible development paths for the teams you analyse.
