Our team of experienced coaches and facilitators from across the world, developed the E-Scale Technology, based on the Enneagram model of Human Behaviour. The result is an on-line assessment report, which is used in coaching and facilitation  in leadership, team and personal development programmes. Although mainly designed for the corporate market, it is equally useful in therapeutic or counselling practices.
